About movie: Rookie FBI agent Johnny Utah, together with his more experienced friend Angelo Pappas chain investigates bank robberies in Los Angeles that makes the gang "Ex-Presidents" (criminals hiding behind masks of Nixon, Reagan, etc.). Experts notice a strange relationship between the wave of robberies and the tide and come to the conclusion that the robbers - a group of young people to surf.
