Against their combined strength and determination, will he be able to protect the pride? If he doesn't repel the challengers, it could spell bloodshed for the young cubs who are often the first victims once a victorious male moves in to father his own litters. With the battle lines drawn, the Lakette pride will have one chance to defend itself - and to survive.
